California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Consumer Privacy Act apply to businesses meeting specific revenue and data volume thresholds. To the extent Young Inglewood Vineyards does not meet those thresholds, the rights described in this section may be provided voluntarily as a matter of our commitment to your privacy rather than as a legal requirement. We will attempt to honor requests submitted in good faith under any of the rights described below.
If you are a California consumer, as defined by the CCPA, you may be afforded additional rights with respect to your “Personal Information” as that term is explicitly defined under California Law. Any Personal Information we collect is for the purpose of effectively providing our products and services to you, as well as enabling you to learn more about our products and services. You may exercise each of your rights, as identified below, subject to our verification of your identity. Access
You may email us at estate@younginglewood.com to request a copy of the Personal Information about you currently in our database.
Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information
In the event that any of the personal information we maintain about you is incorrect, you have the right to request that we correct it.

If you wish to cease use of our platform and have your personal information deleted from our platform, you may submit a request to estate@younginglewood.com and/or call us at 707 200 4572.
Submitting a verifiable consumer request does not require that you have an active account with us, nor are you required to create an account. As previously noted, we will need to obtain enough information from you to verify your request in protection of your information before responding to your request.
To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before responding to consumer rights requests. The verification information we may request is proportionate to the nature of your request and the sensitivity of the information involved, and will be limited to information we already maintain about you. We will not ask for your Social Security number or government identification number to verify a routine access or deletion request.
To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm information such as your name, email address, phone number, or billing address associated with your account. For requests concerning sensitive personal information, we may request additional verification. We will not use verification information for any purpose other than processing your request.
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require written proof of authorization from you and may verify your identity directly.
We may decline to honor a consumer rights request only where permitted by applicable law, including where we cannot verify your identity, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or where a statutory exception applies. We will explain the basis for any denial and inform you of your right to appeal.
Right to Not be Discriminated Against for Exercising the Rights to Disclosure or Deletion
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under California law. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different rate for goods or services, provide you with a different quality of goods or services, or take any other adverse action.
We do not sell your Personal Information. However, should this policy change, we will make every effort to inform you within the guidelines of California law, and provide you with an opportunity to opt out of sales of your Personal Information.
If you believe your California privacy rights have been violated, you may also file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency at https://cppa.ca.gov or (916) 590-3483. If you are a California resident and we deny your consumer rights request and then deny your appeal of such decision, you may submit a complaint to the California Privacy Protection Agency at the website above

We do not currently use automated decision-making technology to make significant decisions about you, such as decisions affecting your access to financial services, employment, housing, healthcare, or educational opportunities. If this changes, we will update this policy, provide you with a pre-use notice, and, where required by law, obtain your consent or provide you with the right to opt out.
Transfer of Information to the United States
Our website is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including personal information, will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By providing information through our website, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Updates to our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this policy.
For material changes, meaning changes that affect how we collect, use, or share personal information in ways that are materially different from what was disclosed at the time of collection, we will provide you with prominent notice prior to the change taking effect. Such notice may include a banner on our website, an email to registered users, or other appropriate means. Where required by law, we will obtain your affirmative consent before applying material changes to previously collected personal information.
Your continued use of our website after a non-material change becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
